Default Toyota Landcruiser 75 dash lights / engine lights staying on need help?
My Toyota Landcruiser 75 series, took it through a mud bash on the weekend, by the end of the day went through a real muddy patch and all the ignition lights lit up and stay on now. Battery level is really low and engine temp level is sitting lower than normal. My handbrake light is also staying on.































Also having a problem with the brakes, foot to the floor very little brakage, also can feel grinding through the pedal. Havnt had a chance to pull it off and check the pads but i only recently just replaced them about 6 to 8 weeks ago.































Have cleaned the engine bay out still a bit of mud mostly under the under body.































Please help?

Mud is one of the worst things for your cruiser...It sounds like you have a failing alternator...Can you hear a swishing noise under the hood?Lw battery voltage will cause all this...All he mud and grime gets betwen the brushes in your alternator and it Will not charge your battery properly...This may be why all your dash lights are on.You will need to test the voltage on your alternator...The brake problem is the same...You have probably fiiled the brakes full of crud and they are not working because of the dirt and grime...You will have to remove the wheels and clean and inspect all four wheels...I have been 4 wheeling landcruisers for over 25 years and have had similar problems like yours..It,s all fun but it makes for alot more maintence to your truck...I try to avoid the deep mud ...
