The maimum speed limit is 100 km/h.















Therefore you are too heavy footed. Go the limit and you solved your problem. That was easy!

It has a top speed Governor or that's simply the fastest it can go.































It's a Corolla.































They are great cars, but they are not sports cars......

i think that's the fastest it could go. if your tachometer registers more than 4 RPMs then it has reached its maximum torque and speed. 1.5L rarely can reach redline speeds. give your car a break. 160 km/h is too fast. drive carefully.

In 1998, Toyota Corolla had a 1.8L (1ZZFE) engine, not a 1.5L.

i think the car is fine you are the problem! unless your racing it then you dont need to be going that fast and if you are racing then you dont need to be driving a corolla in the first place!

your driving a corolla, if you want to go faster get a faster car...the corolla was built to go from here to there and not to go from here to fast, actually the fact that it goes as fast as it does surprises me, 1.5 liter isn't that big
