What to look for (Car rust) Toyota related?

I know there have been TONS of questions on "how to prevent car rust" etc...

I have been looking at older Toyotas (supras mainly) early to mid 80's. What do I look for, and where do I look for rust?

There are a couple very minty looking supras here, but since they are 25+ years old, there must be some rust, I think?

I know to check under the wheel wells, but whats the best direction to do it in? Do i look, or feel or both? will the paint be rigid? are bubbles a huge problem if i spot a tiny bit?

Wheel Wells, Door Jambs, Hatch Area. Pretty much any area that Water can get trapped and sit for long periods of time. Around lights, seals, windshield etc.

Looking usually works you should be able to see the signs of Rust, bubbling paint, peeling paint, etc.

Sometimes if it looks weird feel it.

Don't be afraid to ask if it's got any rust. They should be honest with you.
