Sienna's have a limiter switch causing fuse to blow when reaching a certain speed. You will be surprised to find out, if you're doing a diagnostic at dealer, to actually have dealer telling you all about the speed driven, time occurred and all sorts of information you wouldn't think about. OBD (on board diagnosis) is a magic box recording all activity. This way the driver might be busted at a certain moment ( it is something like black box in airplanes-but this is for cars).
For exact info, check with dealer. If this is not the case (which I doubt it) you might have a short circuit or bad ground connection.
Hope this will help. I have a tendency to agree with Toyota obsession.
