Can i drive a toyota Mr2 spyder in the snow?

Default Can i drive a toyota Mr2 spyder in the snow?
i bought a 2001 toyota mr2 spyder beecause i plan on moving down south after graduation, but i need to make it through this one winter. i live in michigan so the winters can get pretty severe sometimes, if i get some nice winter tires or chain my tires or something do you think ill be able to make it through the winter?

As long as the car has sufficient clearance from the body to the snow/ground, you can drive your car through winter.































That and proper set of winter tires.































If you get heavy snow then you may not be able to drive until the area is plowed.

Just get some Snow Tires and be smart about it.































It's a Mid/Rear engine set up so all the Weight is over the Tires so you'll get decent Traction.

Winter tires are a must. The only other thing is to keep in mind that the car is a midship- In other words, the engine is behind you. This means there is more weight to the back, so it is oh-so easy to put it into a drift when you don't want to, especially in slippery road conditions. Just don't over-speed, and you should be fine.
