celica, fuel indicator problem?

Default celica, fuel indicator problem?
i have a toyota celica GT-S 2000 manual















and past yesterday when i started the car, the fuel indicator started to flash (full,empty,full,empty,full,empty,etc) and it has half a tank.















and then when i drive for about ten minutes, it shows empty.















does anyone knows what is the problem and how can i fix it?















i already checked the fuses and they are all fine

Could be a Fuel Pump issue or a Sender issue.































The sender is what tells the Guage how full the Tank is.































The only way to fix that is to replace it and it's not fun.































Take it to a Mechanic and see if it's throwing any codes.
