Default Toyota Yaris or Aygo?!!?
Im needing a very ECONOMINCAL car purchase, both have low running costs, its just a case of whether the extra 2 grand to buy a yaris is worth it? anyone have any comments or reports on theirs? thank you xx

depeneds on your type of driving, if its alot of motorway and a road driving, choose the yaris its more refinded. but if your dont drive alot, only in town etc choose the aygo,

I love my Yaris but it is one of the early versions - and they have got bigger outside since then.















When I get my next car I am going for the Aygo as it is physically the same size as the Yaris I currently have.

If the Aygo is big enough, go for it. Actually, don't. The Citroen C1 is a clone, as is the Peugeot 107. All three are made in Czechoslovakia in a Toyota factory. They really are identical in all respects apart from badging and trim details. The C1 is the cheapest of the three , but you can still specify air con and the 'safety pack' which I recommend.















I have just bought a C1 VTR for my daughter. It is magic to drive. I am 6 feet and weigh 19.5 stones yet found plenty of space and headroom.















Also £35 p.a. road tax, group 1 insurance and mind bogglingly low fuel consumption. Only criticism is the ride is firm, which I happen to prefer, so it may not suit long trips. Apart from that it's a fun car!

The Aygo its Citroen and Peugeot clones are all 4 seaters, the Yaris is a 5 seater. Also Aygo comes in one engine size i.e. 1000cc, Yaris comes in 1000cc and 1300cc.
