If it has been serviced properly and all of your fluids have been checked, yes. The hardest part with be going through the Grapevine. Your car will slow down and it might not seem like you'll make it, but soon enough you'll be over the grade.

Absolutely!































The passengers are going to have a tougher time of it than the car. If all five people are adults, it's probably not going to be a lot of fun for those in the back seat.































By the way: Another answer said "Not on one tank of gas." Bzzzzt. Wrong answer. Vanna will give you some nice parting gifts on your way out. Thanks for playing. Google Maps says that your trip is 347 miles; a Prius has an 11.9 gallon tank -- so unless you get under 30MPG you can easily do that on one tank. Even with all those people and all the luggage, you'd have a difficult time getting mileage that low in a Prius.
