Check revealed need for a serpentine belt, tires, radiator & cooling system flush; transmission service; tune-up. Is this all that is required of a 90,000 tune-up?

I think it's pretty normal to require that service at 90,000 miles. However, the price on the car seems high. I'd offer $4000.

Toyota Corolla for $6000 dollars, and had the listed maintenance, is not excessive if the vehicle is in good condition. At 105,000 miles it is also a good idea to make certain the timing belt, not just the serpentine belt, has been changed, and before you buy make sure routine maintenance has been taken care of, especially regular oil changes. Good luck with it. The owner's manual will give a schedule for required maintenance. Check Kelley Blue Book online for current value.
