I'm pretty sure that most current models don't but you'll probably see it in the future.

Honda nor Toyota offer ambient lights right now, but soon in the future they will start making it an option. Just as seen with Nissan the ambient lights for them cost about $350. Although Honda does offer a very futarisitc designed lights in the dashboard and around the front of the car, like the sterio buttons and so on. You can buy your own ambient lights and place them, they are a lot cheaper, and its not so hard to put it on.

I'm not sure about the current models but I do know that Toyota offered it as an option on the 2004-2008 Scion XA and XB. My guess is that they still do but that's just a guess.
