Yes, it's very comfortable for me. But comfort is more of an individual item so your best bet is to actually sit in one.
To give you an idea of the cargo room, you can put a bicycle in without taking the front wheel off if the back seats are folded down. Even with the back seats up there is still a fair amount.
For the passenger room, it can hold four full size adults in comfort.
