If you have both keys and neither work the problem may be with the vehicle immobiliser.
But first change the fob batteries before panicking!
If you've lost the usual key, the spare ought to work just the same way. So again change the battery and try again.
Check your handbook and documents; there may be an emergency key access routine you can use when all else fails.
