A good place to order toyota pickup parts - wiring harness?

I am looking for a wiring harness for a 1990 toyota 4x4 pickup automatic V6 3.0 . It must be the same year, make model, and style because I have purchased other ones we thought would work, but they did not because everything didn't match up.

I was wondering if anyone knew a good site website that I could order this from. I tried some toyota parts sites, but they don't have the harness available and I have tried looking on craigslist with no luck.

Any ideas?

well i think you're in american, so i'm not too sure about shops, but here we have huge stores where parts can be ordered in from japan, the manufactures, you could also try some scrapyards, they always end up with something that can be put to really good use.

my grandad, dad & uncle worked on cars for more than 30 years, so i'd go to scrap yards and i'd always see something to help them out with.

Unless Toyota still has them available, a salvage yard will be the only way to get one.

You should try calling people in your phone book if you haven't, you might have some luck, we did when we were looking for a 1990 Toyota Dyna radiator. There's people who source anything for you and what not.

Other than that.... Good luck. Trying to get one from a salvage yard is like pulling teeth.

www.nix99.com might have it. All they do is Toyota related stuff. But harnesses are hard to come by.
