The throttle body spacer on a modern fuel-injected engine such as your Tundra will do little if anything to improve performance, and have been proven not to increase gas mileage. So no matter which one you go with, it's more or less just a waste of your time and money.
If you want more power or better fuel economy (you don't say why you're wanting the spacer in your question), then I'd suggest you look into a re-flash of your engine control module, a cold-air intake/cat-back exhaust system, or both.
