Cheapest would be to drop it from a very tall cliff, but that would only work once. If you want consistency, you'll need to spend some cash.

Define cheap....































Nothing very cheap will add any significant power.































More aggressive cams will add anywhere from 20-40 peak hp but they'll set you back anywhere from 600-1100 bucks.































That's about the median for some good solid gains, improved throttle response and more power throughout the power band.
