Default '08 Tundra Top Speed limiter?

I have a 2008 Tundra, and the top speed limiter stops it at 115mph, how do I go about taking the limiter off? and anyone that has done it, whats the fastest a Tundra will go?

I just want the ability, plus I have to keep up with my buddy's trans-am. haha.

you'll need a hand held tuner for your model tundra to take the governor off. But be advised, your tires need to be able to handle speeds higher than 115mph...that is the reason the speed governor is placed...based on tires speed ratings.

Why would you need to go that fast in a pick-up truck?
