I would say that you'd be looking somewhere 250-400 for the average stock or aftermarket clutch. I bought a stock clutch and throw out bearing this year from the Toyota dealership for about $230 with a discount. You also need to decide whether or not you or going to resurface the flywheel or buy a new one. Labor to resurface should only be about $50-100 roughly. Then finally labor could run you any where between 400-600 depending on where you're located and who you know. All together, I'd plan on spending a grand worst case scenario ...
Try doing a little research on the MR2 owners club and look up the vendors for the different clutches. I personally recommend Horsepower freaks.com. They've done me right in the past.
