What could be wrong with my Toyota 4-runner?
I have an older Toyota 4-runner, had the O2 sensor and catalytic converter replaced last year. 2 weeks ago I had the oil and transmission fluid changed, since then the check engine light went on, the mechanic told me there are 4 codes including for the 02 sensor which I don't get cuz i had it replaced alredy but he said there are 4 or 5 of them so it could be another one that's out. He also said it could be one of the 4 (or 5?) spark plugs that has gone out, someone online said it could be the catalytic converter based on the symptons - the problem I experience is that when I start the car up until i hit around 40 mph it shakes a lot and has low energy, I'm scared it might stop on the road. When I go much faster I don't feel the shaking any more. Can someone tell me what they think could be th problem please?? Is it worth paying a lot to take it to a Toyota dealer to have it checked out??

also i haven't had a tune up that i can remember but i do get the oil changed every 2 or 3 months. Last Nov the mechanic shop put the filter in wrong, the oil drained out and i drove it dry for a couple weeks.
both times the problem happened at Jiffy Lube. and it's 6cylinder
