The coolant system is a sealed system. If there are not any leaks in the system you should never have to add any coolant. It is definately not a problem, It's a good thing.
The only thing you need to do is flush your coolant system and refill it every 50,000 miles. This is to replace worn fluid like you change motor oil or transmission fluid.
Thats what you get when you buy Toyota!! :-)
