Default Is the Corolla X faster than the Corolla S?
my gf has the rolla s and I was wondering which is faster....HP wise that is...the X or the S

yes the corolla Xrs if faster because of its more powerful 2.4L engine over the 1.8 in the S. However for the price the Xrs is outgunned by its competition.

If you mean the XRS, the XRS is quicker. The XRS is the performance Corolla while the S is basically a "poser" Corolla. It offers no extra performance over a regular corolla eventhough it has a appearance package that would make you believe otherwise. Mechanically it's just a regular Corolla sedan. Think of the S as a econocar with a body kit.
