They both are great vehicles but I if you are talking older vehicles, the CR-V hands down. I wanted a RAV but they were too small on the inside- especially in the back seat. the Cr-V was roomy- which says a lot since I'm 6'3". However, the tides have changed on the newer models. the RAV4 is better in my opinion. It's roomy enough to even offer a third-row seat option now. The CR-V just got smaller inside because Honda thought that a crossover looking CR-V would sell better than the SUV looking one. At least Toyota stayed true to it's roots and kept the RAV looking like an SUV.
