4age 20v exhaust back pressure?

Default 4age 20v exhaust back pressure?
i know this is gonna get back a mix of answers...but does a 4age engine need back pressure? i'm using my ae111 levin as a hill climb car and have a set of high lift cams and for my exhaust i have tubular manifold onto a short mid box, and that's it! feels like good power but not on a dyno yet, so my exhaust is just a manifold and a small mid box,.. will it loose power..and should i revert to my manifold ,decat and trd cat back???? thanks guys

Back pressure is good for low end power/torque. I'm going to assume that you drive in the high end of the rpm range, so you should be picking up power there while losing some (or just not gaining any) in the low end. Your piping should be 2" though.
