your late you should've taken it in for cash forclunkerss most you can get right no would be 4000 5000 dollars without repairs or you could take it to an auction and have a higher chance of topping 5 grand for that
If your car overheats and you have already changed the water pump and thermostat, you need to flush your radiator (not just change the fluid) flush it. That should solve the problem. If not you will either need a new heater core or radiator.
Fix it as you will not get much with overheating as customer will automatically see red flag as engine could be cracked or head gasket no good. Buying a car with cooling problems is like throwing dice as to if it runs more then a week. I could not see getting more then 6-800 in that shape. Spend 100.00 and fix it as you will lose a lot more selling it.
