How do I test, and if needed, replace, the relay for the door locks on my 1991 Toyota Camry?

Default How do I test, and if needed, replace, the relay for the door locks on my 1991 Toyota Camry?
The passenger side switch locks and unlocks all doors. The driver's side switch only unlocks the doors. When trying to lock them, if I push the switch to the lock position, all I hear is the relay clicking, sounds like it's behind the glove box. Is that the location? If this is happening, can I assume it's a bad relay and NOT the switch?
