I believe that's what the car comes with straight from the factory. If you open your driver's door and look in the door jam you will see the size of the tire that Toyota recommends you put on the car, and it also tells you the PSI that you inflate the tires to, which is 30 PSI.
That being said, you can always get a wider tire if you like, like a 205 tire or if you get bigger rims like a 16 inch or 17 inch (corollas come with 15 inch) you will have to get different size tires. For example, I changed my original rims to Toyota Scion TC 17inch rims with a 215 45 17 tires. Hope this helps.
