Help fixing passenger side door lock (manual) in a 98 toyota tacoma?

Default Help fixing passenger side door lock (manual) in a 98 toyota tacoma?
I cannot lock or unlock from the outside with my key. I just took the inside door panel off, and I'm wondering where to go from here.

Either your key is worn, or your lock is no good.































Just have a look at the back of the door handle, and you will see a 'U' type clip holding the lock in place. Remove the clip and undo the rod, pull the lock out and have a locksmith repair it.
