The standard is 220 (metric) or about 30 (for countries still using the old unit for pressure).
To ensure enough pressure, check the pressure, using the pressure gauge ( a small measuring device, available in accessories shop, just remove the cap of the tire valve and insert the gauge in). Another way is to drive up to the air pump point of the petrol station (please ensure the car is not in use over 6 hours over the night). Good to check pressure in the morning and do it once a wheel. Set the pressure to above, release some pressure from the tire (if U are worry of over inflated) and proceed to pump up your tire to the set pressure. That simple! Happy driving
