I found an article that addresses your question, and it said:































You must place the key on the ACC (not off) position, hold the trip meter reset button and turn the key to ON, don't actually turn on the ignition just place the key to the ON position and continue to hold the button for at least 5 seconds and the Maint Req light will magically turn off!
