How long my 09 Corolla S will last?

I bought 09 corolla S in Oct 2008. I put 21,000 miles in 1 year, 80% of miles are highway miles. I m planning to keep the car for next 9 years. What you think will my corolla last 10 years with 200,000 miles without any major problems if I do all the maintenance what Toyota recommends that includes timing belt, tires etc. I put like 450-500 miles every week so I need a reliable car.

Noone can predict what will go wrong with a vehicle, but there is no reason not to think your Corolla won't last you well over 200K miles with proper maintenance.

Sorry but Corolla's are now considered inferior by the people in all consumer reviews. The dash is poorly designed, it cabin is loud and noisy on the highway..they don't steer right now that Toyota has placed a cheap electric steering unit in it, instead of a normal power steering pump. If I were you, I'd sell while you can, before you get into a crash in it and become cream cheese on the highway. Have you taken a close look under your hood? It looks like a lawn mower engine in there...and it it is. The hood is shrunk and the body deformed like all Toyota's. They are bent on slants and weird angles and have no conception of aerodynamic design. Refrigerators on wheels..especially if your driving a white one!

im sure it should last you 10 years with proper maintenance.

you should be fine with the car doing highway miles.

I have a 1998 Corolla CE with 327500 miles on it. Beyond a few tiny quirks (repaired door handle, quirky right turn signal, 3 dead bulbs in dash) it runs like a top. I change oil every 3000-3500 miles and add some in between. I expect to hit half a million. No funny noises or rattles either.
