Driving lights dimmer problem?

Ok I have a1994 Toyota Camry, my problem is with the driving lights we recently installed.

On low beam the driving lights are on (which obviously shouldn't happen)

On high beam they turn off, which also shouldn't happen

So what I want to know is how am I supposed to wire the dimmer to do the opposite

Ok, we managed to fix it, for anyone who has the same problem I had a three pin connection for the lights, one for low beam, one for low/high and one for high. It has to be connected to low beams.

Any other will cause the problems I had earlier

we recently installed wrong way shouldnt have had to mess with dimmer just had to wire light to wire that you wanted them on say you wanted driving light only then just needed a how wire you wanted them on only when on low beam then wired to low bean wires wanted to on whenlights on high wired them to high beam wires dimmer shouldnt have had to mess with at all you just wired to wrong wires you got them hook to low beam wire is not a dimmer problem dimmer switches bewteen high and low you can wire lights to work with either high or low beam or just alone with another switch just switch wires wil fix it
