Default I need new tired on my '05 Toyota Camry XLE. I need cheaper ones that will be good in wet/snowy...
...conditions.? I live in Michigan where it's winter about 6 months out of the year, so I would like to get tires that can handle well in the snow and ice. I want to try and keep the price under $100 per tire. I don't know anything about tires so I'm not sure what brands are good or what to look for. Can someone please help me out? My size is 215/60-16. Please provide advice. Thank you!

father and uncle have been in tire business there whole lives. Father used to work for goodyear tires from 18 till he was 38 or so. now he is with michelin tires. says he used to think goodyear was the best but now that he's with michelin he said its a better tire. They are not on the cheap side. but BF Goodrich is made by michelin and is a good quality tire for a good price. Your best bet is going to discount tire co. cause you won't find them cheaper. that or wal-mart. Call ahead of time to see if they have the tire in your size, if they dont they will order it and your good to go....and please get your tires rotated every 3,000 miles or everytime you get an oil change cause you can make them last almost forever if you maintain them.

You can usually find sets of used tires for WAY less than $100 a tire. Find a reputable used tire dealer and ask for a set of 4 good matching tires. You could probably get out of there for less than $250 bucks.
