It depends on how you will use the car; the toyota is bigger and better suited to motorway driving. The focus will likely be cheaper to run, both for parts and running costs.
Both are very good cars. It will depend on how good a deal you can get for each car as well, of course. I suspect the focus will be in greater demand and consequently more expensive.
