Because in the UK they're called T3, T4 and T Spirit and in Spain they're called Eco, Advanced and Executive, are they the same model with just different names?
Exactly. Just like the new buick REgal which is called the opel insignia and the ponitac G8 is called the vauhxall commodre. They do it to test how the public responds to the name of a car. Its research-based for toyotas future models and see whether the public wants a change in cars.

They have slight differences because the models that just came out takes a long time to spread from one country to another and the different models will have difference in the inside because some countries the driver seat is on the left hand side while others have it on the right.
