how can toyota ever diagnose a problem if they only look at it for less then an hour .?

Default how can toyota ever diagnose a problem if they only look at it for less then an hour .?
i have a 2009 toyota tacoma the engine has an intermittent miss at start up worse in the warmer weather. i suggested that they let the truck sit inside the shop overnight so it would bee warm in the morning but that will not happen so i have to wait for further failure. ac clutch makes noise as well first engagement of the day. law enforcement needs to look at toyota cause you know gay marriage is illegal and my back side fells like toyota is gay

Your intermittent miss will be stored in the computer which the toyota tech no-doubt scanned. It takes just seconds to scan the computer. If there is no check engine light illuminated, then the tech will likely not do anything. You say it happens most in warm weather... try cleaning your Mass Air Flow meter and Intake Air Temperature sensor.
