Do both those and lube the lock. Everybody says not to squirt WD-40 in it, but by golly, it works real good.
The "do it properly" types say use graphite dry lube. Got any of that laying around?
Also, is your key original or a copy of a copy? Bring car and title to dealer or locksmith and get new key cut if AB and C produce no results. E is replace lock cylinder, an easy fix, but chip may present problem.
Security chip, if it has one will not cause this. It would cause car to fail to start, but key would turn.
