That's a pretty involved process. And - the 2007 Corolla does not have a timing belt, it uses a timing chain. If this chain has broken (unlikely), you have a very expensive problem. You may mean the accessory drive belt? The one that drives the power steering, Alternator, Air conditioning, etc? this is on the outside of the engine and is easier and inexpensive to to replace. Get a shop to do it.
