Default Possible motor swaps for a 2000 celica gts. 3sgte?
like the celica alot but the motor has to go. way to many issues with the 2zz. if i can get alot of power out of the 3sgte or maybe a 5sgte.that would be awesome and if it would even fit in a celica

The 2zz is a great engine if built and treated properly. Obviously any engine can go into any car with the right person. What are you looking to build? Turbocharging isnt the way to go with a stock 2ZZ because it has an 11.5:1 comp. ratio. Anything is possible but some people would kill for a 2ZZ swap and the engine is tried and tested in the Lotus Elise and Corollas from several countries

Yes it is possible if you can find the right people to do the job.















Fensport has a 7th Gen Celica with the 3SGTE engine in it.















Search on Youtube for their 10 secs drag run with the car.
