What is the capacity of motor oil?















Recommends what type of oil? syn or regular?















Does the drain plug comes with a gasket?















so it does not come with a gasket?

A repair manual can be purchased at an auto parts store for about $ 20...oil is oil and all must meet the same Federal standards - so it does not matter if the container reads Walmart or Pennzoil, it is all the same....synthetic use is a personal choice - I do not see the need to spend that much more for something that gets changed as often as oil does...the drain plug will have a metal washer attached to it, but not a gasket per se

The engine oil capacity in Toyota Corolla will be about 4 1/2 quarts of 5W-30 oil. I use Mobil One synthetic on a 1998 Toyota Sienna XLE minivan bec that model had an oil sludge issue (not mine personally & solely for peace of mind) but it is more expensive

5w30 you will need about 3.8 liters and sythetic is always better,as for the drain plug gasket you will need to buy a new one when you remove the plug(you can sometimes reuse the same one depending the condition)
