Toyota Solara indicator?

Default Toyota Solara indicator?
I have a toyota solara 2000 and there is an indicator that stays on all the time. It looks like a car with flashing tail lights. It does not turn on when I start a car, but comes on after about 2 minutes. What is it? What should I do and will it cause any damages?















I haven't replaced the bulb ever since February. If it is burnt how much time do I have to replace it? Will it cause any further troubles? I lost my manual.

one of your lights in the back are burnt,,and if not you had a burnt bulb recently and some one replaced it with a none Toyota bulb with the wrong bulb type,see your man it clearly tells you what this light is,,when you start the car its off till you press the brakes right?
