I hate to say this but you actually have a better idea than the last two answers. However, you cant just take the head off of a 3S-GE and put it on a 3S-FE, valve cleareance wont work. Also the 3SFE has a narrower head design than the 3SGE. The blocks are about the only thing shared on those two engines. You would need to swap pistons into the 3SFE block to get the head to fit right. Also, the exhaust manifold on your 3SF will work but you'll need to get a 3SG intake manifold
You should consider doing a full 3SGE swap. You'll just need the engine, wiring harness and ECU. The 3SGTE is also an even better alternative. You'll need the transmission, ECU, wiring harness and drive axles for this swap however. The best part about the 3SGTE is that performance parts are abundant. Besides, to boost the 3SFE or 3SGE you'll need to build up those engines with stronger internals. The 3SGTE already comes with forged internals from the factory. Hope this helps.
