no..it will be too small and the rims will just fall right off

You can put 15" wheels on your van as long as the inside of the wheel will clear the brake caliper and rotor, and the bolt pattern is the same. Ive put smaller and larger wheels on my toyota trucks and celica. They wont "just fall off". Easiest way to do it would be find a friend with a 15 wheel with the same bolt patter, say a toyota car, and try it out.
