brakes locked on 88 corolla?

Default brakes locked on 88 corolla?
condition remained after removing vacuum hose on booster.

If the car has been sitting a while, it could be the braking friction material sticking to the disks and drums. It can be damn near impossible to break the rust if it has been sitting for a while. The relatively easiest way would be gently try and accelerate the car away from any objects.
