What causes brakes to seize on a 1992 Toyota Camry?

Default What causes brakes to seize on a 1992 Toyota Camry?
The brakes lock up after you drive the car for a while. When that happens and you let the car sit for about 15 minutes, they release and start operating normally again. Then after driving for while, they lockup again. a continuous cycle. I am thinking the calipers need to be rebuilt or replaced. Any ideas?

I'd say the calipers are probably sticking or the master cylinder or possibly the brake fluid is congealed. When was the last time you had the brake system flushed? Should be done every two years.
