car low beam and high beam color temperature in california?

Default car low beam and high beam color temperature in california?
what is the color temperature range that is legal in california? i want to buy HID like bulbs for my car and use it while i save money to get the real HID. i keep finding bulbs that are 5000k and i dont know if that's legal in california.















so tell me from the range where the color of the bulb is legal and what is legal in california regarding lights.

Most people I know with 6k hid are ok. Yet bet visible hid is 4100 to 4300.

I would buy the real HID kit. I had 2 HID like bulb and it melted the wire and made a hole in the head light from the over heating. 5000K to 6000K HID should be fine, that's what i have for the last 2 years. I love it































If you still want to use the HID like bulb make sure its the right watts. don"t use more then 60watt
