Is 85k Miles good or not for 1993 Toyota Supra?

I came across a really good deal for a Manaul (non turbo) 1993 Toyota Supra with 85,200k miles. I know Supra's are very reliable and have shown consitently to put up some big mileage and still are running strong. Would like to get some feedback from Toyota experts or Supra owners. Asking this mainly becuase I have other deals to buy this car with less miles it just cost more.

My dad had a 1993 Toyota Supra Twin Turbo with 290k miles for over 10 years...... but I recently cared to own my own car and this one is long gone... not reliable eh? No thanks I don't want a piece of shit lexus.

you don't have to be an expert to know 85K on a 1993 model car is good mileage

1)Supras are not reliable.

2)Non-turbo supras are not worth the markup...in fact they're not worth owning in general.

3)85000 miles is high. You'll get a lot of mechanical problems within 15k miles.

4)The only supras that run long and strong have about 90% of their electrical and mechanical parts removed and upgraded.

5)This is a 16 year old car.

Why not just buy a lexus sc300 don't they have the same friggin engine? No glory eh? You won't get any glory in a non-turbo supra.

Iam a bit confused from the aboves answer.

Supra's are great cars i see mk3 and mk4 in there masses at car shows.

The non turbo is a good car and the power for the na is a very good and very rapid the 3.0l engine is a strong and reliable engine and that mileage is nothing on that engine as long as the car has had the right oil changes and with decent oil as well as the belts all done.Also look at the automatic versions as they are also rapid and where sold with a higher spec than the manual versions.

Tehe comment made above about the sc300 is true the sc300 is a good car and also sold as the Toyota soarer with a mass of engines.And is built on the MK4 Supra platform.
