How is the 2010 Toyota Camry LE trim's Horsepower?

Default How is the 2010 Toyota Camry LE trim's Horsepower?
Planning to buy a Toyota CmLE trim. Heard the horsepower is only 169, is this horsepower good enough for a mid-size sedan like Camry. What is it going to feel like when I drive it. The SE is my second option which is only 10 more horsepower than LE. Please Advice.

Horsepower and Camry do not go together. a 10 horsepower difference between models is not anything you would really notice. The Camry is not built for performance. It is built to be a reliable, comfortable and relatively affordable family car. Speed and performance is the least of Toyota's concerns on that car.































The power is fine just to go from point a to point b. It will do just fine on the highway, but you are not going to win any races. The 179 horsepower SE version does 0-60mph in 8.3 seconds. To compare, a 2010 Toyota Sienna Minivan will do 0-60mph in 7 seconds.

Trust me that's more than enough power to get it moving. A lot of midsize sedans have similar horsepower ratings and some of them are bigger than the Camry. Take a test drive in the four cylinder first. If you find that you like how it drives and that the four cylinder suits your needs then forget about the V6 and stick with the four cylinder.
