They can't all be perfect. Truth is, there isn't any company that makes every single vehicle without a problem, no matter what logo is on it. The only way the dealer would have known of a steering vibration is if you told them, because those quality inspections are a static event. Driving vibrations are dynamic, and only occur during driving, which is not something a shop would stumble upon. If they didn't fix the problem, then maybe you should take your business elsewhere.
