I have fuel problems on my toyota hilux 2.5d4d pickup 52 plate.?
The truck will start no problem with the first touch of the key, then when you rev the engine it will throw out black smoke, then when you let the revs below 2000rpm the engine light comes on and then it will not rev again and the engine eventually cuts out. I have been running the truck on veg oil with a professional conversion kit but I have by passed the system and put the fuel pipes back to original and attempted to run it on pure diesel but still the problem is there. I have had the truck in the garage who replaced an injector but they have not solved the problem
