Why does my friends 2000 toyota not defrost properly?

Default Why does my friends 2000 toyota not defrost properly?
I have a 2004 and I love my car.































So she bought a 2000 (what she could afford) and she pointed that when she puts on the air to defrost the windows that theres still fog on the back door windows and the front corners of the windowshield and around the edges of the front windows as well.































What is could be the reason for this?

make sure she is using the fresh air intake setting.

If the air is coming out where it should be then my best guess is that the air conditioner is not working...When you quit laughing, you need to know that the air conditioner should come on in the winter when the heat is on to remove the inside condensation from the inside air. Cold air and warm air will always cause moisture to form on the glass if the air conditioner is not working or is turned off while the moisture is still on the glass. Try manually turning on the air conditioner and see if that doesn't take care of the problem.

are you talking about the rear window? Check the fuse and do a continuous test on all lines. As far as the sides, there might be steam film on the glass clean it with some good windex. check if you a/c is working when you use it. if you have a dash cover take it off it might me blocking the vents.

make sure each port is blowing hot air, and invest in a bottle rainx anti fog.
