It sounds like your Sienna has developed an electrical short. This means that a wire, somewhere, which runs some electrical component in your car has possibly worked loose and it touching metal. This will cause the battery to drain because it continues to draw power even when your car is not running, thus draining the battery. Check to see that all electrical things are running correctly--doors--stereo--lights inside etc. This happened to me, and it ended up being a loose wire connected to one of the stereo speakers (which were going on and off for a while) Once the stereo was fixed and it's loose wire reconnected, the stereo rand clearly again, and the battery drain was gone. Ask you mechanic to check ALL electrical components that he can think of in your car. It is even possible that when you close the glove compartments, and the light does not turn off, your battery will drain. These shorts are hard to find, and it takes someone who knows what they are doing when looking for them. Good luck.
